Ten!
Lyrica’s 2009-2010 concert programs will feature beautiful choral music which celebrates the tenth anniversary of Lyrica Chamber Choir of Barrie. In December, Lyrica will present “Ten!” with performances of the all time top ten Christmas carols as listed in BBC Music magazine. On March 6th, Lyrica will host a choral music festival featuring a guest conductor leading day long workshops followed by an evening public concert. Finally, in late May we will conclude the season with “Celebrate!” featuring festive works by Copland, Britten, and Honegger. This concert will be followed by a celebratory reception for our loyal audience, alumni, and choristers.
